1·An alternate Director shall be deemed to be the agent of or for the Director appointing him.
代理董事将被视为指定其为代理董事的董事的代理人。
2·Any appointment or removal of an alternate Director shall be effected by Notice signed by the appointor and delivered to the office or head office or tendered at a meeting of the Board.
对代理董事的任一指定或撤销，在指定人向任职部门或总部或董事会议召开地点成功送达经其签字的通知后该指定或撤销产生效力。
3·Any Director may at any time by Notice delivered to the office or head office or at a meeting of the Directors appoint any person (including another Director) to be his alternate Director.
任何董事在任何时间可通过向任职部门或总部或在董事会议上以通知形式指定任何人士(包括其他董事)作为该董事的代理董事。
